Beginning in the fall of 2006, Camelot Realty Group, a full service
Real Estate Company, was formed. It’s principals, Ari Moskovitz &
David Goldoff bring a combined 20 + years of extensive experience to
property management, sales, leasing, marketing and construction
management, along with the strong ‘street’ know how that is needed
in order to properly manage buildings in New York City.
Ari Moskovitz & David Goldoff are principals at Camelot Realty Group
LLC, and bring with them a concentrated focus on accommodating the
needs of Camelot’s clientele. Ari & David have encountered the full
spectrum of issues that arise when a property is properly managed.
It is their hands on approach tempered with their experience that
allows their clients to realize the full potential of their
properties, be that increasing rent rolls for rental buildings,
streamlining operations for cooperatives & condominiums, or simply
easing a board’s or owner’s burden in ensuring the financial
stability and wherewithal of the property.
We are a hands on company that uses fresh new approaches to tackle
the most common and uncommon issues that arise during day to day
property management. However, we can not forget where we came from
and what we have learned from our predecessors. There is a comfort
in learning the right practices, keeping tradition alive and using
what our was learned from the past, and we do not advertise to
reinvent the wheel with our services – rather, we seek to enhance
the same core principals with energy, dedication, honesty and fresh
approaches.
